With over 25 years in the food industry, I have dedicated my career to crafting gourmet burgers that not only satisfy hunger but also engage the palate in a symphony of flavors. My brand thrives on building flavor profiles that resonate collectively, seamlessly incorporating culinary influences from diverse regions of the world into beloved American comfort food. This fusion creates an enticing experience where each bite reveals an adventure of taste. For me, food is more than just a profession; it is my passion. I As a culinary instructor at both Cerritos College and the Los Angeles Trade-Technical College (LATTC), I am deeply passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise with the next generation of culinary professionals. Teaching allows me to engage with a diverse group of students, from college attendees to high school learners, and even those seeking private lessons.

I believe that education in the culinary arts is not just about skills and techniques, but also about inspiring creativity and fostering a love for food. My approach to instruction emphasizes a continuous learning process; I am always seeking new techniques, recipes, and trends to introduce to my students. The culinary field is constantly evolving, and I strive to keep my lessons fresh and relevant.

The opportunity to mentor future chefs is incredibly fulfilling. It is rewarding to see students develop their skills and confidence, and to know that I played a role in their culinary journey.
