I've always had a passion for fresh-baked biscuits, which inspired me to introduce something unique to my city. Recognizing the need to strengthen my business, I dedicated my time during the quarantine to experimenting with various biscuit techniques, recipes, and flavor profiles. Now, one year after opening, I’m excited to share something new with the LBC. I hope you enjoy it.
