Chef Instructor
As a culinary instructor at both Cerritos College and the Los Angeles Trade-Technical College (LATTC), I am deeply passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise with the next generation of culinary professionals. Teaching allows me to engage with a diverse group of students, from college attendees to high school learners, and even those seeking private lessons.
I believe that education in the culinary arts is not just about skills and techniques, but also about inspiring creativity and fostering a love for food. My approach to instruction emphasizes a continuous learning process; I am always seeking new techniques, recipes, and trends to introduce to my students. The culinary field is constantly evolving, and I strive to keep my lessons fresh and relevant.
